Our business started over a conversation at McDonald’s many years ago then countless conversations over a kitchen table and sitting in a truck in that same McDonald’s parking lot. We’ve worked nights, weekends, every Holiday and crazy hours and built a great culture with amazing people that proudly represent AfterCare Restoration.

From the beginning our goal was a damage restoration company that specialized not only in technical expertise but in a 5 Star Customer Service experience!  We are proud that the culture and team members at AfterCare Restoration represent this to our customers each and everyday. 

As a company we are incredibly humble and grateful for the customers we have and that you have chosen us to care for your water, mold, fire and smoke damage restoration needs. Without customers there is no business and we would like to say THANK YOU!

-At AfterCare Restoration our six core values of Honesty, Hardworking, Professional, Compassion, Communication & Responsible are the foundation of our company.  It’s how we started, grew and the guiding principles for us moving forward as a damage restoration company.

-We continue to evaluate, think and constantly improve our customer service. If there is a way to be better, more efficient for you while restoring your home from water and fire damage, rest assured we will make that improvement. In our book a “4 star review” is a failure and we continually ask for your feedback and how we can better serve you.  

 

COMMITMENT #3 Quality Craftsmanship

-We are “fast” to show up 24/7 but quality water and fire damage restoration takes time. Our commitment is to do the job right, always upholding IICRC Standards for water, mold and fire damage restoration.  Additionally, our reconstruction division of 5 in house carpenters are simply exceptional.  We are very thorough in our interview and onboarding process ensuring we hire people with the right values, skill sets and experience and that they are on boarded properly.

 

COMMITMENT #4: Standing 100% Behind Our Work

-At AfterCare we always answer our phone even in the rare situation when a customer is upset and everything doesn’t go according to plan. We listen and if we made a mistake we own it and make it right. It’s just that simple.

-The best feedback comes from customers and team members, not from a corner office. It’s for this reason that we are intentional about listening to you as our customers and our team members. We are expanding our Doylestown PA Office!

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our Doylestown PA office for water and fire damage restoration. Starting May 15, 2024 we have increased our Doylestown PA office size allowing us to better serve our Doylestown PA customers.
